Mike started at the Agency almost 10 years ago and has been in the insurance business for 12 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife, his church family, watching his kids Abby and Alex play sports, and hunting. He grew up in West Plains, MO and has been happily married to his wife Shawna for 16 years. Mike has lived in the Ozark area since 1994.

Shawna has answered the phone at Professional Insurance every morning and day for over 8 years. She helps make sure every customer feels welcomed, and whatever their want or need is, it’s taken care of. When not at work she can be found spending time with her husband Jared of 17 years, with friends and family, or working on their farm.

After retiring from the Springfield Fire department, Scott continued his goal of helping others save money on their insurance needs. He is usually found watching his boys play baseball and enjoys spending time with his family fishing, hunting and camping.

Joe grew up in Ottumwa, IA. He's been in Insurance since 2018. Joe has been happily married since 2011 to his wife Sara. They have 5 children: Brynlee, Sawyer, Milo, Wynter, and Oaklee. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, and volunteering in the local community. Insurance has been a blessing and has loved the opportunity to serve others through this platform.

Rhonda has been a licensed insurance professional for 13 years. She grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, and became a resident of Missouri when her father retired from the military almost 30 years ago. She and her husband, Jacob, have been happily married for almost 22 years. She really enjoys spending time with their three daughters; Alyssa (an agency service rep. for a financial/insurance group), Ariel (a social media marketing rep.), and Adalynn (a UCM student earning a Bachelors in Nursing). In her spare time, she likes writing, crafting, and spending time with her nieces & nephews. When it comes to her job, she loves to assist clients with their insurance needs and finds interacting with new people to be the best part.

Meet Jessica Holmes, a dedicated producer who calls The Ozarks home. Since 1994, she's been rooted in this area, originally moving from Bakersfield, CA, to Billings, MO, and finally settling in Nixa, MO, where she's spent the last 13 years. Family is central
to Jessica's life; she's been happily married since 2015 and cherishes time with her two children.
In
2022, Jessica made a career transition from the US Postal Service, where she dedicated 11 years of service, to the insurance field. Motivated by a desire to assist others with their insurance needs, she embarked on this new journey. By 2023, she had earned
her associate degree and insurance license, further equipping herself to support her clients effectively.
Beyond
her professional pursuits, Jessica is a lifelong learner and nature enthusiast. Whether she's delving into new subjects, spending quality time with her loved ones, tending to her garden, or enjoying the company of her four dogs, she finds joy in every moment.
Her passion for the outdoors is matched only by her dedication to helping people, making her a valuable asset in the insurance industry. When she's not absorbed in educational materials, you'll find Jessica camping, exploring the wilderness, or discovering
