Seth Lindeman

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Since 2014, Seth has built more than 12 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, specializing in personal and commercial lines. His depth of experience and commitment to client service have made him a trusted resource for individuals and businesses alike. A Springfield, Missouri native, Seth values strong community roots and meaningful relationships. In 2023, he married his wife, Hannah, and together they welcomed their daughter who keeps life full of joy and purpose. Outside of work, Seth enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family, and playing disc golf whenever he gets the chance.

Mike Cunningham

PRODUCER

Mike started at the Agency almost 10 years ago and has been in the insurance business for 12 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife, his church family, watching his kids Abby and Alex play sports, and hunting. He grew up in West Plains, MO and has been happily married to his wife Shawna for 16 years. Mike has lived in the Ozark area since 1994.

Shawna BRUEGGEMANN

OFFICE MANAGER

Shawna has answered the phone at Professional Insurance every morning and day for over 8 years. She helps make sure every customer feels welcomed, and whatever their want or need is, it’s taken care of. When not at work she can be found spending time with her husband Jared of 17 years, with friends and family, or working on their farm.

Scott Lambeth

PRODUCER

After retiring from the Springfield Fire Department, Scott continued his goal of helping others by saving money on their insurance needs. He has been a licensed agent for over 7 years, enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. He grew up and currently lives in Springfield.

Joseph Garr

PRODUCER

Joe grew up in Ottumwa, IA. He’s been in Insurance since 2018. Joe has been happily married since 2011 to his wife Sara. They have 5 children: Brynlee, Sawyer, Milo, Wynter, and Oaklee. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, and volunteering in the local community. Insurance has been a blessing and has loved the opportunity to serve others through this platform.

Rhonda Wade

COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Rhonda has been in insurance for 16 years now and truly enjoys what she does. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has been married 25 years and has three daughters. They recently had their first grandchild. Rhonda enjoys crafts and reading in her spare time.

Jessica Holmes

PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Jessica Holmes is a CSR/Account Manager and insurance producer based in the Ozarks. Skilled in policy updates, quoting, billing, and compliance, she brings knowledge of multi‑carrier programs and is known for her clear, client‑focused communication style. Since moving from Bakersfield, CA, to Missouri in 1994, Jessica has called the Ozarks home for the past 32 years. Family is central to her life, especially her daughter. After 11 years with the U.S. Postal Service, Jessica transitioned to insurance in 2022, motivated by her passion for helping others. By 2023, she earned her associate degree and insurance license, equipping her to serve clients with professionalism and care. Outside of work, she is a lifelong learner and nature enthusiast who enjoys gardening, camping, hiking, and spending time with her dog. Whether supporting clients or exploring the outdoors, Jessica brings dedication, curiosity, and compassion to everything she does.

Mary Berry

PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Mary and her husband moved from Iowa a few years ago to be closer to the lake. After spending many years working in Life and Health insurance, she made a career change and transitioned into Property and Casualty. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, sewing, relaxing by the lake, and going on motorcycle rides.

Pam McGaha

PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Pam has been serving in the insurance industry since 1988 and is licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health. Alongside her career, she has always had a heart for ministry—teaching Bible studies to children in public schools and helping families in need by providing groceries and support. Originally from Georgia, Pam has also lived in North Carolina, Florida, Maryland, and Missouri. She recently returned to Missouri, where she feels grateful to call it home once again. Pam loves spending time outdoors, cooking, and serving others. The beach is her happy place, where she enjoys exploring and reflecting on the beauty of the Lord’s creation.
